As part of its Golden Jubilee celebrations, INS Tunir hosted a two-day Missile Technology symposium-cum-workshop on 21 and 22 May 2024. Rear Admiral Subasish Gantayat, ACOM (IT and Sys), NHQ was the Chief Guest. The event saw large participation from DRDO, ISRO, sister Services, academia, manufacturing firms and technology partners besides Missile Technical Positions and units of WNC. The symposium witnessed engaging discussions on collaboration and promoting indigenisation, and fostering innovation to bolster self-reliance in missile technology.
