A Women Wellness Clinic – 24: ‘Kalyan Shivir’ is being conducted from 20-23 August 2024 at Varunika Auditorium, Chanakya Bagh, New Delhi under the aegis of NWWA Arogya, DGMS Navy and INS India. The beneficiaries are spouses of Naval personnel and female Defence Civilians at Delhi Station. Mrs Shashi Tripathi, President NWWA in presence of Surgeon Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, DGMS(N) inaugurated the clinic on 20 August 2024 and more than 150 Naval spouses were benefited from clinic on first day. The clinic's endeavour is to generate awareness about positive health and provide multispecialty health check-up for early detection of lifestyle diseases and more. Services in the specialty of Medicine, Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Dental and Dietician are provided including Blood Investigations, Bone Mineral Density, Body Composition Analysis, USG and PAP Smear. IndianNavy is celebrating 2024 as Year of Defence Civilians and 23 August 2024 has been exclusively dedicated to the wellness of female Defence Civilians.
