The 22nd Admiral BS Soman Memorial Lecture was held at INHS Asvini on 15 Dec, under the aegis of the Navy Foundation Mumbai Chapter (NFMC). VAdm Abhay Karve (Retd), former FOCinC SNC and Member AFT, elucidated key nuances of “The Indian Constitution, Navy Act, and Navy Regulations - Useful and Beneficial Provisions,” in a well appreciated talk that was attended by serving and retired naval officers and their spouses. The speaker was felicitated by Cdr Vijay Vadhera (Retd), President NFMC.
