A delegation of 36 officers of Nepal Army Command and Staff College, including officers from Nigeria, Myanmar, Kenya, and Bangladesh, led by Brig Gen Manoj Thapa, officiating Commandant, visited WNC. They were briefed on the Indian Navy's operations and strategic issues at MWC, Mumbai. RAdm Anil Jaggi, FOMA, delivered the opening address and later interacted with the officers.
