Captain Sanjay Singh Bisht, Capt (CP), and Shri T Hussain, CAO, NHQ/ DCP, along with Shri L Robertson, CAO, CCPO/ HQWNC, visited INS Valsura from 04 to 06 February 2025. They delivered an insightful lecture on HR Management of Naval Civilian Personnel and familiarization with CCS (CCA) Rules to Staff and Student officers. Commodore A Puran Kumar, CO, INS Valsura, delivered the inspiring opening address, appreciating NHQ/DCP's initiatives during the Year Of Naval Civilians 2024. The lecture was well received as evident in the engaging Q&A session. The team also conducted an interactive session with around 150 Naval Civilian personnel, addressing their queries and concerns while highlighting key Hr Initiatives undertaken by NHQ/ DCP.
