A Subject Matter Expert Exchange SMEE was held at Maritime Warfare Centre MWC, Visakhapatnam, between medical teams from US Navy and Indian Navy on 03 & 04 April 2025. The interaction focused on sharing best practices in naval healthcare, operational medicine and medical preparedness, covering key areas such as Combat Medical Care, Aero Medical Evacuation and Casualty Management in maritime settings. The exchange enhanced mutual understanding and reiterated the growing interoperability and cooperation between the two Navies in Naval Medicine and HADR efforts.
