Commodore Saurabh Agrawal, Commodore (Civilian Personnel), accompanied by Shri VS Tripathi, Chief Administrative Officer, Naval Headquarters, and Shri Y Tejovadan, Staff Officer (Civilian Personnel), HQENC, undertook a Field Visit to HQTN&P and INS Adyar, Chennai on 24 June 2025.
As part of the visit, Commodore Saurabh Agrawal interacted with over 50 Naval Civilians, presenting key HR and welfare initiatives undertaken by NHQ/DCP for the benefit of Civilian personnel. The session witnessed active participation and engagement from the attendees.
Shri Nitesh Singh, INMMS, NSO, SO(Civ), apprised the visiting officers of the progress, ongoing developments, and administrative actions being taken to strengthen civilian welfare and management under HQTN&P.
During the visit, Commodore Saurabh Agrawal also paid a courtesy call on Rear Admiral Satish Shenai, #FOTNA and discussed important Civilian HR issues.
