Commodore Saurabh Agrawal, Commodore (Civilian Personnel), interacted with over 120 Naval Civilians from INS Kalinga, INS Karna, NAD & NAI Bheemuni patnam during his visit to Eastern Seaboard. He was accompanied by Shri VS Tripathi, CAO and Shri Ranjith Kumar Paithara, SAO. He apprised the Naval Civilians of key HR initiatives undertaken by NHQ/DCP, including reforms in cadre management, skill development and digitalisation of civilian HR processes. Cmde (CP) also called on Commodore Anirudh Roy, Station Commander, Naval Station Bheemuni patnam and appreciated the high level of synergy between service and civilian teams in ensuring operational readiness. The interaction witnessed enthusiastic participation, with valuable feedback and suggestions that will guide future policy formulation.
