As part of the ongoing 60-Day Psychological and Spiritual Challenge, NHQ/DCP, in collaboration with Brahmakumaris, organised an exclusive interactive session Spiritual Living In a Materialistic World  on or Naval Civilians posted at NHQ and the Delhi area.

The enlightening session was conducted by Shri BK Sanjeev Bhai, an eminent spiritual guide from the Security Services Wing of the Brahmakumaris. With wit, wisdom and relatable anecdotes, the speaker offered practical insights on how to remain spiritually anchored amidst the chaos and distractions of modern life. His humorous and engaging delivery kept the audience deeply involved and left a lasting impression.

Rear Admiral Aditya Hara, ACOP (AC) delivered the inaugural address and felicitated the guest speaker, appreciating his thought-provoking and inspiring discourse. The session culminated with live singing of Naval Civilian Anthem Jee Jaan Lagan Se. The event aligns with Indian Navy’s holistic approach to wellness, reinforcing its unwavering commitment to the mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of its civilian workforce.
