Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi CNS, laid a wreath at the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) Memorial in Colombo on 22 September 2025. The solemn ceremony was a tribute to the courage, valour & supreme sacrifice of Indian soldiers who served with honour during IPKF operations. It also reflected the shared history between India & Sri Lanka and the enduring bond forged through sacrifice. The wreath laying underscored Indian’s commitment to preserving peace, promoting regional harmony & strengthening the spirit of friendship with Sri Lanka and the wider Indian Ocean Region IOR.
