Surgeon Rear Admiral Dilip Raghavan assumed charge as Command Medical Officer CMO Eastern Naval Command ENC on 19 September 2025. An alumnus of AFMC Pune and commissioned on 26 December 1989 the officer is an accomplished ENT specialist with Post Doctoral Training in Microsurgery and Cochlear Implant Surgery from Madras ENT Research Foundation. His key appointments include command of INHS Asvini, Commodore AFMS at DGAFMS and Professor and HoD of ENT at AFMC Pune.
