Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, CNS launched Panorama Ver 3.0 - a comprehensive weather application for Indian Navy 's afloat platforms, on 09 October 2025. Conceptualised by the Dte of Naval Oceanology Meteorology at Naval Headquarters & developed in-house with BISAG-N at zero cost to the exchequer, the app provides real-time multi-model weather & ocean forecasts, and other solutions which will augment effective decision making for Naval platforms at sea.
Panorama fulfils one of the targets set in the Digital Navy Vision and solidifies Indian Navy's thrust towards Aatmanirbharta.
