Marking a milestone in the Indian Navy’s continued efforts towards modernisation and capability enhancement, the second Naval Air Squadron to operate MH60R multi-role helicopters will be commissioned on 17 December 2025 at INS Hansa, Goa, in presence of Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi, CNS as the Chief Guest. To be commissioned as INAS335, “Ospreys”, the squadron will provide a significant fillip in integral aviation capabilities of the Indian Navy.
