On the occasion of 77th Republic Day, Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena FOCINC, SNC paid homage at SNC War Memorial and reviewed the ceremonial parade at Naval Base, Kochi. The parade saw participation of more than 850 personnel including platoons of SCC & NCC. Addressing the parade, CINC complimented the personnel for their immaculate drill and conveyed greetings to all ranks and their families. He highlighted India’s progress towards Viksit Bharat, expanding operational reach of Indian Navy, its transformation from Buyer's Navy to Builder's Navy under the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and the important role during OpSindoor asserting complete maritime dominance. Complementing the SNC's training excellence FOCINC reaffirmed focus on combat-oriented training, operational readiness, safety and security, divisional system, physical fitness and moral resilience, urging personnel to train harder, think sharper and lead better.
