The Naval Trials & Acceptance Authority meet was held on 29 January 2026 in Mumbai under the aegis of WNC. The meet, held annually, is aimed at enhancing synergy amongst trial units and augment operational readiness of ships and submarines. Senior officers from NHQ and various trial units across Indian Navy participated in the meet.
Vice Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, FOCINC, WNC, chaired the inaugural session during which the “NATAA Vision 2035” and compendium of technical papers “PRISM” were released. Rear Admiral Sanjay Adhana, DGNATAA, chaired the succeeding sessions. The meet reinforces Indian Navy’s focus on being a Combat Ready, Credible, Cohesive and Future Ready Force.
