Hon’ble Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth presided over the 𝘕𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴’ 𝘍𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘍𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 2026, hosted by Indian Navy at Manekshaw Centre on 23 April 2026. The event showcased major initiatives undertaken by Indian Navy to maximise administrative efficiency, drive digital transformation and promote training and welfare activities for naval civilians. During his address, Raksha Rajya Mantri underscored that the true strength of Indian Navy lies in its people, with 𝘕𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 forming a vital pillar of this capability. RRM highlighted naval civilians’ role in providing institutional continuity, deep technical expertise and a broad-based perspective - elements that significantly enhance operational effectiveness of the Navy. CNS in his address, reaffirmed the Navy’s commitment to the professional growth and well-being of naval civilians, through continued investment in skills, knowledge and human capital - central to shaping a future ready force.
