As part of the 90-day fitness challenge, BVY(V) has introduced an innovative fitness program focused on improving strength, endurance, agility and coordination. The weekly curriculum includes Taekwondo self-defense classes and Mass PT led by professional instructors for Officers, Sailors, DSC personnel and Defence Civilians. This initiative enhances physical health, mental well-being and camaraderie across the board!
