Captain Utpal Dutta (Retd), a Kargil War Veteran, delivered a talk titled "Kargil as I saw" for the personnel of Naval Station Bheemunipatnam, highlighting courage and resilience in combat role.
With his experiences in military and civil environment, he also shared values of human factor management, which focused on discipline, training, safety and its positive implications on mission success.
