A delegation from Germany, led by Mr Nils Hilmer, State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence, visited INS Vikrant and the Western Fleet at sea, off Goa, and interacted with Vice Admiral Sanjay J Singh, FOCINC WNC, onboard. The delegation expressed appreciation for the design and construction quality of the indigenous Aircraft Carrier, and discussed avenues for enhancing defence and maritime cooperation.
