The Second Edition of the Indian Naval Air Gun Shooting Championship was concluded on 17 October 2025 at Visakhapatnam, showcasing the spirit of precision, discipline and teamwork among Indian Navy personnel.

A total of 82 shooters from all naval commands competed in various individual and team events from 13 October 2025, demonstrating exceptional marksmanship and competitive spirit. The championship aimed to enhance focus, concentration and resilience, attributing the essentials for operational readiness in naval service. After a series of intense contests, Eastern Naval Command emerged as the overall champion, displaying outstanding consistency and skill throughout the event.

The closing ceremony was graced by Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena, Chief of Staff, Eastern Naval Command who congratulated all participants for their professionalism and sportsmanship. He emphasised the significance of such sporting events in fostering fitness, camaraderie and esprit de corps across the Navy.
