Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief FOCINC HQENC interacted with the personnel of Eastern Sword Sunrise Fleet HQEF and commended all personnel of SunriseFleet for maintaining a high tempo of operations in a safe operating environment. The Commander-in-Chief brought focus on the ongoing security situation, exhorting Fleet personnel to remain ready and poised to meet any operational requirements. He also exchanged views with the personnel on issues ranging from maritime consciousness, operational challenges, training, motivation, wellness and healthy living. He further advised the personnel regarding the need to keep continuous attention on the aspects of personal safety, cyber & information security and road safety awareness.
He tasked the Fleet to stay focused, keep learning and strive for excellence in the professional domain, thereby manifesting as a Combat Ready - Credible - Cohesive - Future Ready force, capable of protecting India's maritime interests Anytime-Anywhere-Anyhow.
