A total of 427 members of the Indian diaspora visited the vessel and were fascinated by her distinctive traditional construction, the remarkable maritime wisdom of ancient Indian tradefarers and the centuries-old Indo–Omani maritime connect. Through engaging interactions with the crew, visitors gained insights into the voyage, navigation techniques and the ship’s historical significance. They not only appreciated Indian Navy’s steadfast role in defending the nation but also lauded its efforts in preserving and showcasing India’s rich maritime culture, departing with a deep sense of pride and highly positive impressions.
