Indian Navy and Staff Selection Commission (SSC) signed an MoU on 28 January 2026 at New Delhi, towards conduct of Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) for Agniveer (SSR & MR) & SSR (Medical) entries.
This collaboration between the premier Govt Institutions will strengthen credibility, and enhance transparency & fairness in the recruitment process for the Indian Navy.The INET is conducted online on pan-India basis, ensuring representation from all 28 States and 8 Union Territories. It will be conducted with the latest in exam technology and monitored using AI and other advanced tools.
The signing of MoU was presided over by Shri S Gopalkrishnan, IAS, Chairman SSC and Vice Admiral Gurcharan Singh, Chief of Personnel, and also attended by senior officers from both the organisations.
