The 2025–26 edition of the Indian Navy’s Annual Logistics Conference (ALC) was inaugurated on 28 January 2026 at Sri VijayaPuram by Vice Admiral Ajay Kochhar, CINCAN. 

Chaired by Vice Admiral Rajat Kapoor, Controller of Logistics, the two-day conference will deliberate on evolution of logistics support mechanisms to meet the demands of modern warfare, integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in inventory management and tri-services synergy in logistics.

The discussions will place particular emphasis on logistics support for submarine operations and the sustenance of forces deployed at sea. The CNS, through a pre-recorded message, impressed upon the need for an agile and responsive operational logistics; and conveyed his vision for future logistics support.
