INHS Kalyani celebrated its 62nd anniversary on 18 May 2024. The hospital providing healthcare to serving personnel, veterans and their families in ENC and states along the East coast, started from a 60 bed hospital in 1962, has expanded to a 306 beds tertiary care centre and is now being upgraded to a 604 bedded Command Hospital. Commanding Officer Surg Cmde Rohit Sharma addressed the team and gave proficiency awards to Service personnel and Defence Civilians. The hospitals credo, 'More than Health Care - Humane Care’ continues to be enshrined in its work ethics.
