During the port call at Yokosuka,Japan,Captain Rajat Kumar, Commanding Officer INS Sahyadri, called on Rear Admiral Nobuhisa Yamaguchi, COS, JMSDF, Yokosuka District, and other local dignitaries including Suprintendent Kobayashi Hitoshi, Chief of Police and Rear Admiral Kondo Shuji, Chief of Coast Guard, Yokosuka region. During call on, the Commanding officer discussed issues on enhancing interoperability and professional exchanges towards strengthening maritime cooperation.
