Kickstarting the Monsoon Series Lectures, conducted by ENC at Visakhapatnam, a talk was delivered on "Surveying China and It's Global Order Profile Through Contemporary Geopolitical Trends: Strategic Dimensions and Future Directions" by Asst Prof Dr. Dattesh D Prabhu-Parulekar, SIAS, Goa University. The event was coordinated by Maritime Warfare Centre MWC, Visakhapatnam on behalf of ENC.
