MHS concluded its Monsoon Musings lecture series with a distinguished panel discussion on ‘The Life and Times of Vice Admiral RKS Ghandhi.’ Esteemed panellists, including Ms Delna Ghandhi, Vice Admiral Krishna Raina (Retd), Vice Admiral Anil Chopra (Retd), Shri Kamal Kant Kothari, and Commodore Srikant Kesnur (Retd), explored Vice Admiral Ghandhi’s illustrious career, including early service in WW2, ADC to Lord Louis Mountbatten, sea command of IN Ships Betwa, Khukri and Mysore in 1961, 1965 and 1971 wars, command of both Eastern and Western Fleets, and as FOCINC WNC, Chairman SCI, and Governor of HimachalPradesh. His life, character and experiences provided historical and leadership lessons in the context of Indian Navy’s growth.
