As part of the countdown towards 10th International Day of Yoga scheduled on 21 June 2024, ENC has commenced a series of Yoga promotional activities from 11 June 2024. Yoga sessions using Common Yoga Protocol were conducted on day one at INS Kattabomman, INS Pallava and INS Kalinga.
