Ram Ratan Jat, CHEAA(R) of INAS330 at INS Shikra, Mumbai has created history by finishing 2nd in the Hell Ultra Race of the Great Himalayan Running Festival held from 17 to 22 June 2024.
He has become the fastest Indian to complete the gruelling 480 km long Manali-Leh route clocking 105:39:30 hrs. The achievement is particularly noteworthy since the race route is considered one of the toughest around the world due to its high altitude and harsh weather.
