Rear Admiral Vidhyadhar Harke took over as the 27th Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST) on 22 November 2025. He is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, a graduate of DSSC, Wellington and Naval War College at Goa. The Flag Officer has vast experience at sea which includes Commissioning CO INS Vikrant and Command of INS Jalashwa.
Prior to this appointment, he was the Chief Staff Officer (Operations) of Western Naval Command, where he oversaw various operational deployments and missions. The Admiral is a proud recipient of the Vishisht Seva Medal.
