As part of Navy Day2025 celebrations, senior citizens of Kerala were hosted at Southern Naval Command, Kochi on 08 November 2025. About 60 senior citizens were provided glimpses of Naval training during guided tour of INS Shardul and Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology. Onboard INS Shardul the visitors were briefed on the ship's role and capabilities followed by an interactive session where they shared their experiences and appreciation of Indian Navy. The visitors witnessed an informative naval exhibition at NIAT. The visit was an unforgettable and enthralling experience fostering a memorable connect between Indian Navy and the community.
