A two-day workshop was organised by DCP on 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐏/ 𝐍𝐅𝐔 at HQGNA on 25-26 July 2024. The event commenced with a welcome address from Commodore VK Gupta, CSO (LA&P), setting the tone for an enriching workshop, followed by a keynote address by Commodore Saurabh Agrawal, Cmde(CP)-II highlighting various initiatives undertaken by NHQ in the 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬. Shri T Hussain, CAO, Smt Baban Preet Kaur, AO-I and Shri Aman Rajput, SNSO took the interactive sessions on Reservation in Promotion, MACP and NFU respectively. The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from delegates representing various units across the Navy, fostering a collaborative environment that greatly enhanced the learning experience.
