Union Home Secretary Shri Govind Mohan addressed the senior Naval leadership on Day 3 of ongoing Commanders' Conference at New Delhi. He acknowledged the role of Indian Navy in safeguarding India’s maritime interests, as well as preserving its rich maritime culture and maritime prowess in the past. The secretary emphasised the need for continued collaborative efforts between the Navy and other security agencies in maintaining robust coastal security architecture and in combating transnational illegal activities.
