On the occasion of Navy Day 2025 and forthcoming OpDemo2025, Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena, FOCINC, SNC addressed the media personnel at a Press conference at Thiruvanthapuram on 02 December 2025. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasised Indian Navy’s rapid Aatmanirbhar modernisation & growing operational capabilities; and role as the Preferred Security Partner and #FirstResponder across the regions. He gave an overview of the multi faceted training & operational achievements of SNC, aligned with the Indian Navy’s efforts under the vision of MAHASAGAR. He asserted that SNC remains steadfast in providing high quality training with focus on Drill to Skill ensuring that the Indian Navy remains Combat Ready, Cohesive Aatmanirbhar - Safeguarding seas for a Viksit Samriddha Bharat.
