Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena FOCINC, SNC interacted with Dr A Jayathilak, IAS, Chief Secretary to the Govt of Kerala during his visit to Thiruvanthapauram on 11 November 2025. Both held discussions on wide ranging issues including forthcoming events, OpDemo2025, coastal security aspects and high level of synergy achieved in various fields of civil military liaison.
