Vice Admiral Sanjay Bhalla, COP visited ENC, Visakhapatnam and called on Vice Admiral Rajesh Pendharkar, FOCINC, ENC on 05 August 2024. During his visit, he presented updates on various HR policies to officers and sailors in the Command. While interacting with Defence Civilians at Naval Dockyard, Vizag, he updated them on various initiatives being undertaken as part of Year of Naval Civilians.
