On the occasion of 74th Republic Day 2023, Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand Lt Gen Gurmeet Singh, (Retd) has awarded Certificate of Appreciation to National Hydrographic Office NHO, Dehradun for exceptional service, devotion to duty, professional expertise and bravery. It was received by Vice Admiral Adhir Arora, Chief Hydrographer to Govt. of India. On this occasion, Commander K Victor Paul, Sanjeet Kumar MCPO II and Shri Ram Jatan Kushwaha, CAO were awarded individual Letters of Appreciation by Hon’ble Governor of Uttarakhand. During interaction, Governor also impressed upon role of Indian Navy in Nation building, contributing significantly to Blue Economy and enhancing India's image globally.
