An educational visit was organised for school children and teachers on 11 February 2023 at INS Dega. The event was attended by over 35 children and 08 staff members from Visvodaya School, Visakhapatnam. The aim of visit was to give an overview about Naval Aviation and it's crucial role in safeguarding National Maritime interest. Towards this, students were briefed about various Naval aircraft based at INS Dega with their roles and capabilities. The event also included a guided tour to Air Traffic Services, display of Air Safety equipment and demonstration of CPR. The visit provided students a platform for interaction with Naval fraternity and motivating them to join Indian Navy.
