Congratulations to the 470 Class sailing boat team of Sudhanshu Shekhar, POELR, and Ms. Kongara Preeti from the Yacht Club of Hyderabad, as well as the ILCA4 Class boat yachtsman, Master Advaith Menon, for qualifying to represent India at Asian Games scheduled in China later this year. The 49er team of Anand Thakur, CPO and Satyam Ranghad, PO; and the 470 teams of RK Sharma, PO and Shraddha Verma of INWTC, Mumbai, as well as Shekhar, POELR and Ms. Kongara Preeti have also qualified for the Olympic Qualifiers at the Hague in August 2023 and the Regional Qualifiers in Thailand in December 2023. The Indian Navy is proud of its yachtsmen and wishes them the very best for the upcoming competitions.
