Inter-divisional cross country championship was conducted at INS Chilka on 12 February 2023. A total of 2465 Agniveers including 245 women Agniveers alongwith personnel of Station Chilka participated in event. The race was not only a test of endurance but an overall assessment of physical and mental strength, camaraderie, resolve and fighting spirit of the trainees. Akbar Division won Inter-divisional cross country while Eklavya Division was adjudged runners up. In individual category Ravi Kumar, Agniveer (SSR) bagged first position and Gavade Vishal Krishna, Agniveer (SSR) came second. Amongst women Agniveers, first position was bagged by Nikita, Agniveer (SSR) and second position by Ritu, Agniveer (SSR). Commodore NP Pradeep, Commanding Officer, INS Chilka flagged off the event and felicitated the prize winners.
