A workshop on Mental Health and Marital Harmony was conducted on 11 March 2023 at Saraswati Hall, Naval Base, Kochi. Service personnel from various Naval Units at Kochi and their families participated in workshop. Commodore K Srivatsa, Commanding Officer, INS Garuda was Chief guest for event. The workshop commenced with a Sukshma Vyayama Yoga session by Mrs Anjana Santhosh, Yoga Instructor. Lecture on Marital Harmony was delivered by psychiatrist Mrs Richa Muralidhar and counsellor Isha Mishra. Lectures on Mental health with emphasis on work life balance were also conducted.
