A day-long Workshop on Gender Sensitisation was organised for personnel of ENC on 15 March 2023. Vice Admiral Biswajit Dasgupta, FOCINC inaugurated the workshop and highlighted the importance and necessity for gender sensitisation at all levels due to increasing number of women officers in Indian Navy and induction of first batch of women Agniveers. The event included presentations by Subject Matter Experts, interactive discussions and experience sharing by personnel involved in training of Agniveers.
