Indian Navy contingent comprising One Officer and 50 Sailors formed a part the Inter-Services Guard of Honour presented to the Hon'ble President of India at Netaji Subhas International Airport, Kolkata upon arrival on 27 March 2023. Earlier, the Hon’ble President was welcomed by the traditional line-up of senior officials of the State headed by the Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal and included the Naval Officer-in-Charge (West Bengal). Indian Navy patrol boats were deployed on the Hooghly River off Belur Math for patrol and riverfront security during the Hon'ble President's visit.
