A sailing camp for 55 NCC cadets from 1-Maharashtra Naval Unit NCC and Dockyard Apprentice School DAS was conducted at Indian Navy Watermanship Training Center, Mumbai INWTC (Mbi)) from 15 to 24 April 2023. Cadets were familiarised with rigging, basics of sailing, including points of sailing, safety in water, boat handling, boat balance and sail trimming. Training was carried out in Enterprise and Laser Bahia class of boats. Gp Captain Rajesh Kumar, Group Commander NCC, Mumbai ‘B’ was the Chief Guest for the closing ceremony held on 24 April 2023 at INWTC (Mbi).
