Adm R Hari Kumar CNS addressed 8th International Maritime Security Conference IMSC on 04 May 2023 at Singapore and delivered a talk on "Cooperation and Collaboration in the Future Maritime Environment". During the panel discussion, CNS shared his views on contemporary maritime security environment and avenues of enhancing bilateral collaboration between maritime nations of Indo Pacific region.
