Adm R Hari Kumar CNS met VAdm Toribio D Adaci FOIC Philippine Navy onboard INS Delhi during AIME on 04 May 2023, Singapore. He reaffirmed the importance of maintaining peace, stability and good order in region and need to collaborate on common Maritime Challenges and Opportunities. The FOIC was given a walk-around of the Indigenous guided missile destroyer and given an overview of India's shipbuilding capability and advances made in defence production and niche technologies.
