College of Nursing, INHS Asvini conducted outreach programmes over two weeks to commemorate International Nurses Day on 12 May 2023. Clientele actively participated in all activities and appreciated effort by Nursing Cadets and Faculty of College of Nursing, INHS Asvini. The activities undertaken included deliberations on Menstrual Hygiene at NCS, Colaba, health talks and awareness programmes on breast feeding among mother's admitted in Family Ward and attending OBG OPD. A talk was given on healthy lifestyle practices to spread awareness regarding lifestyle diseases, their prevention and early detection, interactive, demonstrative, and participative session conducted on Basic Life Support among patients at Accident and Emergency department of INHS Asvini.
