Towards promoting the ever relevant leadership traits amongst next generation, a ‘Leadership Seminar’ was organised on 27 May 2023 at Bengaluru under the aegis of FOCINC WNC. Adm R Hari Kumar, CNS delivered the keynote address. Distinguished speakers, including former CNS took part in the seminar. The seminar gave audience an insight with topics such as ‘Eternal Leadership Lessons from Life and times of Ronnie Pereira’, ‘Adapting to Evolving Digital Landscape - Leadership Perspective’, and ‘Galaxy of Naval Leaders and their Contribution to Growth and ‘Development of Indian Navy’. Members of Navy Foundation Bengaluru Chapter, an organisation of retired naval officers, who have dedicated their prime in the defence of our nation are also attended the seminar along with officers from Indian Army and Indian Air Force.
