A conference on "Prioritizing Mental Health and Well Being of Health Care Workers" was organized by Department of Psychiatry, INHS Kalyani on 28 May 2023 at Visakhapatnam. The event witnessed active participation by health care workers from service and civil setup. Eminent guest speakers discussed methods of identifying and mitigating workplace stress. Sailors and paramedics also shared their view-points and experiences. The event was organized under the aegis of DGAFMS as a Command level conference.
